Courses run between 10 am and 6 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

About the Facilitator:

Hermione Elliott

Hermione has a background in nursing, midwifery, integrated health and education. She has been in private practice for 15 years, facilitating clients to manage life and health changes. She continues to work with individuals and groups as an imagework guide, teacher and life-health coach and is the Director of Burnout Solutions.

She spent 4 years in Japan lecturing and running seminars on the holistic approach to cancer, including the use of imagework. Her book Gan no Serufu Hiringu a self-help guide for people with cancer, was published in 1992 and 1997.

Hermione regularly runs workshops in Britain and Japan for health professionals and the public and is passionate about supporting people to stay healthy and to get the best out of life.
