Life Choices, Life Changes How do we know where our soul is guiding us and how do we commit to carry through what we know? Much of our illness, depression and burnout underlines the danger of driving ourselves down pathways that are no longer right for us. Through harnessing the power of the imagination, we become able to listen to the whispers of our soul, find our truth and follow it.

This workshop will utilise Imagework, Dina Glouberman’s pioneering approach to imagery, as a means of stepping back, tapping into and understanding our old patterns, and freeing ourselves to find a new way forward. We will discover an inner map to show us where we are now, create a vision of a future we want, and develop the courage to put it into action. Imagery has the proven effect of deepening and speeding up any learning, healing or creative process. This workshop is an opportunity to gain insights for ourselves as well as extraordinarily powerful tools to enhance any work we might do with others.

Free your Voice Singing This complementary workshop will be led by Abbie Lathe, a versatile and accomplished multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter and inspiring voice workshop leader, who has spent several years traveling nationwide teaching the many facets of voice and performance. Abbie enjoys studying the finer details of vocal technique and the fascinating psychological elements to singing and performing:
“ The usual response when I ask how people are feeling at the beginning of a session is “quite scared” but after a series of enjoyable physical and vocal exercises, they relax, feel much better and are soon amazed to be singing simple harmony songs which sound fantastic. Understanding the fears we have regarding our voices allows us to conquer them, enabling us all to sing with freedom and passion. This new found confidence permeates into so many other aspects of life”.
Abbie is a fabulous teacher and her workshops are always very relaxed, lots of fun and suitable for all abilities.

Venue Wandering William comprises a 17th Century farmhouse and newly converted barns near Ludlow in Shropshire.

Price The price for the weekend is £325.00. This includes shared accommodation in a twin room, all meals, including tea, coffee and cakes throughout the weekend, and all workshop sessions.
